Noories share in country’s heritage

Four Grade 10 pupils from the Noorderlig Gekombineerde Skool participated in the National Heritage Council’s competition, that was held at Tom Newby School, recently.

They had to research and present a speech on the Soweto uprising, the women’s march of 1956 and ways of improving our democracy.

Team Noorderlig won the competition.
