Over 100 screen for diabetes
The Benoni Van Rhyn Lions Club held a book sale and free diabetes screening at Northmead Mall on August 26.
There was a wide range of books to choose from and the public had an opportunity to have their sugar levels tested.
The book sale raised R2 305 and a total of 103 people were screened.
