The three suspects in the murder of Daniël Botha (26) appeared in the Benoni Magistrate’s Court on November 14, when the case was postponed to December 11 for the state to consult with witnesses.
Gideon Fourie, Jacques de Lange and Sampie Hearn, all aged 22, were granted R5 000 bail each.

Botha died from injuries he sustained after a fight broke out at a Lakefield pub on July 26.
He died in hospital on July 29.
