Local nine year-old was a finalist for Miss Victorious

Each photo is judged by at least three judges with different backgrounds in the industry.

Mr and Miss Victorious is an annual photogenic and cover model competition for PPMC Magazine SA, and Chrissy de Beer (9), a learner at Ridgewood College in Benoni, was a finalist.

Unfortunately she didn’t take home the win, but being in the finals was more than enough for her.

Finalists are judged on confidence, cover model potential and overall appearance.

Each photo is judged by at least three judges with different backgrounds in the industry and the highest-scoring photo in main age and the extra categories win a cover model for PPMC Magazine SA.

The top three in each age category places as Mr or Miss Victorious winner, first princess and second princess and the same goes for the boys.

Follow the Benoni City Times for the exclusive interview with Chrissy on how this journey was for her.
