Support the Art Alive exhibit for a worthy cause in Northmead

A total of 200 paintings and 100 charity squares will be on sale.

The 11th annual art exhibition (la undicesima esposizione) hosted by the Art Alive Art School in aid of the charitable causes of the Rotary Club of Benoni Aurora will start on August 25 to 28.

Expect bonfires, wine, hearty winter food, great company and people who love lending a helping hand to those in need in the community.

The event will be held at 56 11th Avenue, Northmead, from 16:00 to 21:00 daily. Accomplished artists and students will be exhibiting their work. The guest artist will be sculptor Michael Franks.

Entrance is R50 per person; tickets can be purchased from the art school or your host or hostess.

A total of about 260 paintings and 170 charity squares will be on sale.

Charity squares will be sold solely for fund-raising. Covid-19 safety protocols will be implemented for all visitors.
