Snow White, Pinocchio and Christopher Robin, leapt off the pages of their literary homes to entertain young readers from Palm Campus, at the Benoni Library, on January 26. Grade 12 learners from the school dressed up as popular fairy tale characters, to read to their foundation phase peers, in an effort to foster a love for reading and literacy. The fun-filled story hour, was hosted by the facility’s children’s library. Schools are encouraged to unlock a love for learning by arranging special visits and tours of the facility.
