Help boost the Benoni SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund
All funds donated to the SPCA qualify for a S18A tax certificate.
The Benoni SPCA Christmas Cheer Fund, which recently opened for donations, is off to a slow start with only R3 000 raised to date.
Residents and businesses are urged to come on board and support this fundraiser to help the SPCA with much-needed funds for the festive season when kennels are usually full to the brim with surrendered stray and abandoned animals.
The Cheer Fund helps keep these animals fed and provides them with some Christmas treats.
To contribute to the Christmas Cheer Fund, visit or contact the SPCA with your donation.
Write your name, the amount donated, and a message (optional) in the Cheer Fund book, and keep an eye on the City Times to see your name appear on our online platforms.
Contributions can also be deposited into its bank account: Benoni SPCA, FNB, account number 54475778429, branch code 252605, with the reference “Cheerfund” and your name.
