Health and wellness take centre stage at Crystal Park Expo

The Northmead Seventh-Day Adventist Church hosted a successful Health Expo at the SPAR Complex in Crystal Park on April 6.

Community members had the opportunity to consult with 15 top health professionals, including two medical doctors who conducted free screenings and tests for TB, as well as audiologists, speech therapists, dieticians, and social workers.

Attendees also learned about the key elements of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
