I am not sure if this is possible, I am a home owner in Heilbron Street in Crystal Park, Benoni, and the entrance into the suburb is concerning me a lot.
The entrance that I am referring to is Jay Road which goes into Crystal Park and it is obviously the first impression of the suburb.
Everyone is just dumping refuse bags, building rubble and waste in this street and it looks terrible on the way into Crystal Park.
If you can maybe have a look at this problem and see if it is possible to do a story on this to get the municipality involved to clean this up and maybe put boards on that says no dumping is allowed.
I have tried numerous times to phone the municipality myself but there is just no answer at the offices.
Please assist me with the problem.
