Post office staff should shape up or ship out

On December 22, last year, I went to Farrarmere Post Office to renew my car licence.

Upon arriving there, only one teller was on duty, no clients and sorry, we are offline.

I was told to go to Northmead or the Lakeside Mall.

Well, the same thing happened at Northmead, also no clients and sorry, we are offline.

So, off to the Lakeside Mall I went.

This time there were at least more tellers, but the queues were long – I wonder why!

Upon getting to the teller, I was informed that no bank cards would be accepted and that I would have to draw money.

Do you think that people have nothing better to do than stand in the post office all day and waste how much petrol driving around to renew their licences?

And as for the post boxes – post once a week.

Is this what we are paying for?

Not to mention the fact that half of someone else’s post gets dumped into my box – can your sorters not read?

Two different box numbers but yet it lands in my box.

By the way, this is Farrarmere, the Sheridan post boxes.

Guys, please shape up or ship out!
