I made a mistake when e-filing my annual tax return and was asked to email all my documents to SARS.
As I do not have a scanner, I decided to visit the local branch.
I went in the afternoon as I wanted to avoid the long queues in the morning.
After arriving at about 2.15pm, there were about 12 to 15 people waiting to be called (I was number 503), but I had hardly sat down when my number was called. I am a pensioner.
Patty was friendly and professional and in no time my documents had been forwarded to SARS e-filing and I was back on the street.
