Rockmania Showdown & Euro Tour Combined in Brakpan
The annual Rockmania Showdown plus the Euro Tour feature drivers from the UK, Holland and Germany.
Rockmania Showdown & Euro Tour Combined kicks off the 2020’s new season at the renowned Rock Raceway venue in Brakpan on January 18.
Racers from all over will take on the Rocks local top SA racing drivers in the 1600 Stockrod and 2L Hotrods classes.
World Champion in the 2L Hotrods Dave Leech, together with four other European top drivers, will take on the rocks local drivers in an-all-out “King Of the Ring” showdown.
In the 1600 Stockrod Class, a total of four drivers, including one champ from Holland and the others from Germany and the UK, will also be chasing down the silverware at the victory lane in a battle of the Stockrods SA vs Euro Challenge.

In true Rockmania fashion style, all the other favourite disciplines will also be in action as the Drifters, Oval, Formula N Circuit drivers and drag racing, all partake to form part of the event.
Eager patrons can arrive from 10am when gates open for business with practice sessions throughout the course of the day. The racing is expected to start at 3pm.
Spectator entry fee is R100 for adults and R40 for children between the ages of six and 12.
Drift suicide rides for the bucket list junkies will be on sale for all the adrenaline seekers at R100 a ride. Tickets are available at the Lapa.
Refreshments will be available on site.
