Adopt a cat
Animal Anti-Cruelty League is appealing to the public to help feed its adult cats in its 'adopt a cat' scheme.
THE Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) has more than 60 cats under its care at its Artesia Farm in Hammarsdale.
As adult cats are not readily adopted, AACL is appealing to the community to “adopt” a cat at a cost of R100 per month. Should you be willing to adopt a cat, email your colour preference (black and white, tabby, ginger or tortoise shell) to inspectorate@aacldurban.co.za and AACL will send you a list of the cats available.
Once you have selected your cat, AACL will send you a debit order form to complete for the monthly fee of R100.
These funds will help AACL to feed and care for the cats who will live out their lives on the farm.
