Two unknown men found deceased, police seek public assistance
The Durban Central SAPS seeks the public's assistance in two separate cases involving the death of two men.
DURBAN Central SAPS are appealing to the public for assistance that might help to solve an inquest case, as well as one of reckless or negligent driving that they are investigating.
It is alleged that on August 13 at about 07:00, police attended to a call at the M4 Southbound under the bridge.
“On arrival, police noticed the body of a coloured male aged around 25 years with no visible injuries. The deceased is unknown,” said Durban Central SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Zanele Khomo.

On the second case, Khomo shared, “On August 28 at about 18:00, our members attended to a complaint of an accident by N3 westbound near Berea Centre. On arrival, they noticed an unknown male lying on the floor. Upon interviewing bystanders on the scene, it was alleged that the pedestrian was knocked down by a Toyota Quantum. The deceased is about 35 years old, and also unknown.”
