Road closures for major events at ICC

Walnut Road, between Bram Fischer Road and Dr AB Xuma Street in the Durban CBD, will be closed from July 27 to August 18

Motorists have been advised to take note of road closures when the ICC hosts the 9th Annual SADC Industrialisation Week from July 27-31, and the 46th Southern African Development Community Summit from August 3-18.

Walnut Road, between Bram Fischer Road and Dr AB Xuma Street in the Durban CBD, will be closed from July 27 to August 18

“The Durban Metro Police Service advises all road users and motorists to avoid this route and make use of alternative roads to prevent traffic delays and congestion,” said Colonel Boysie Zungu, spokesperson for the Durban Metro Police Service.

The Durban Metro Police appreciates the public’s patience and co-operation during this period.
