EDITOR – Why are water meters not being read in Durban anymore?
This is the second month in a row that I have noticed our meter has not been read. Are we now to do the job of meter readers too?
The inflated estimations are great for the cash flow of the municipality. I tried to get answers from the Metro but was ignored.
