ENJOY outings with Durban Ramblers Hiking Club this weekend.
On Saturday 4 July the group will hike the Beachwood Mangrove Swamp, Umgeni River Mouth.
Meet at the Pick ’n Pay Hypermarket, Durban North, parking lot (corner of the parking lot closest to the M4) at 1.45pm, to leave at 2pm. There will be a guided tour of the Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve, donation of R20 per head towards the reserve. The last two hours of the hike will be along the beach. It is essential for hikers to stay together in the group along the beach, for safety reasons.

On Sunday 5 July there will be a hike at Salimba Farm, Richmond
Meet at Union Main Centre, Old Main Road, Pinetown at 7.30am. Hike on a game farm overlooking wonderful views of the Umkomaas River Valley.
