Enter Green Trail Run
Fitness enthusiasts are urged to enter the Green Trail Run next week.
ETHEKWINI Municipality is inviting all nature and fitness enthusiasts to register for the Green Trail Run hosted by the Green Hub on Saturday, 31 October.
Two races will be held with the route starting and ending at the Green Hub at Blue Lagoon. There will be a 5km run for beginners, children and walkers, and a 10m run for those who enjoy more of a challenge.
Registration costs R60 for the 5km run and R85 for the 10km challenge. Registration on the day of the race is permitted, however be prepared to pay R10 more per entry. Participants are also requested to wear green on the day to show their support for nature and a greener Durban. The City has committed to plant a tree for every online entry received.
