Athletes prepare for business relay

"Jet Fuel Jen" Challenor will participate as part of a five women running team representing the #KPMGFit4Business initiative in the KPMG Business Relay.

TOP South African marathon runner from Durban, Jenna Challenor, is getting ready to take on the 2015 KPMG Business Relay.

Affectionately known as Jet Fuel Jen, Challenor will participate as part of a five-woman running team representing the #KPMGFit4Business initiative, which is the first fully fledged running club to be registered by one of the big four accounting firms in South Africa.

This initiative is about the promotion of health, fitness and motivation among KPMG staff as well as talented South African athletes, ranging from top elite runners to developmental talent from disadvantaged and rural communities.

These runners compete in a variety of competitions including races such as Comrades, Two Oceans and on the 14 November they will join Durban's business community at the 2015 KPMG Business Relay in Shark's territory at the Growthpoint Kingspark Stadium.

The invitation is open to businesses in all categories to enter the 5km relay featuring teams of five runners and three walking or wheelchairs.
