GUNSLINGER Skateboarding held its Slide Jam event in Acton Road, Umbilo on Sunday.
This was a competition to see who could do the longest slide down a hill, and there were various criteria that the skaters had to follow. It was an exciting day for the skaters because proper road closure was arranged, and sponsors donated some great prizes.
Lungelo Mntambo stole the show on the day winning the longest standing slide, the toe slide and for the most innovative move.
Slalom winner was Niall Heneke.
