Get out and about in nature this weekend with Durban Ramblers Hiking Club and Mountain Backpacker's Club.
ENJOY outings with local hiking clubs this weekend.
Durban Ramblers Hiking Club will hike at Virginia Bush Hike, Durban North on Saturday 20 February.
Meet at the Virginia Airport (Airport Street) at 1.45pm. The walk will be inside forested area in the Virginia Bush and back down for a beach hike.
Cost is R20 donation towards the upkeep of the reserve. Drinks afterwards at the Virginia Airport Pub.
Grading is 2 – moderate.

On Sunday 21 February there will be a walk at Beach Bums, Casuarina Beach.Meet at Virginia Airport (Airport Street) at 6.30am or at Beach Bums (Casuarina Road) at 7am.
Staring at Beach Bums, the hike will include beach and inland hiking and visiting the ruined house and market gardens.
Drinks afterwards at Beach Bums. Optional swim.
Petrol sharing from Virginia Airport is R20. Grading 2/3 and distance is 15km.

On Saturday 20 February, join Mountain Backpackers' Club for a hike at Kloof Gorge.
Meet at Ezemvelo car park, Kloof Falls Road at 8.30am.
The direction of the hike route will be decided at that time and will depend on weather conditions and size of group.
These routes are graded in severity from one to three (fitness is required) and duration varies from three to five hours depending on the route selected. .
