Enter for MTB classic

Get your online entries in for the Sappi Howick MTB Classic and Enduro before 2 March.

ENTRIES are open for the 30th edition of the Sappi Howick MTB Classic and Enduro, the oldest event on the KZN mountain biking calendar.

The Sappi Howick Enduro takes place on Saturday, 5 March, with registration from 6am to 8am, at Karkloof Farmers' Market.

The event starts (at 8.30am) and finishes at the Market.

Entry fees are R150 for pre-entry and R180 for late entry.

Refreshments will be available at Karkloof Farmers' Market.

On Sunday 6 March, the Sappi Howick MTB Classic will start and end at Howick High School.

Registration is from 6am to 8am at the school.

The 40km Classic starts at 8.30am, the 20km Intermediate Ride is from 9am and the 10km Kiddies Ride is from 9.30am.

Entry for the 40km Classic is R180 for pre-entry and R210 for late entry, pre-entry for the 20km Intermediate Ride is R110, and late entry is R140.

Entrance for the 10km Kiddies Ride is R50.

Refreshments will be on sale at the race village at Howick High School.

Entries can be submitted via ROAG (www.roag.co.za), and online entries close on 2 March.

The first 100 entrants will receive a long sleeve race shirt. Contact the race organiser, Gordon Beard, on 071 517 4349.
