Durban Ramblers Hiking Club will hike at Pigeon Valley Nature Reserve, Glenwood on Saturday 5 March.
Meet at Stella Sports Club, 175 Helen Joseph (Davenport) Road at 1.45pm. Some street walking to the pretty little Pigeon Valley Nature Reserve, with some steep hills going up to St Augustine’s Hospital and the University.
Grading 1 – moderate (two hills), distance is 6km.

On Sunday 6 March there will be a hike at Pennington Conservancy.
Meet in the road outside Glenwood Village Shopping Centre, 397 Che Guevara ( Moore) Road at 6.40am or Umdoni Park Golf Club parking at 8am.
Explore the coastal forest trails of Umdoni Park, including the gorge along the Mkumbane River and a short beach walk.
Drinks on the clubhouse deck, overlooking the sea, afterwards. Petrol sharing R50.
Grading 2/3, distance is 15km.
