Cross-country season opens with team event
Parlauf is a team event with each team consisting of two runners, preferably of a similar pace.
JOIN Westville Athletic Club for the opening event of the 2018 cross country season at 123 Maryvale Road, Westville on Friday, 9 March at 6pm, where the season will kick off with a Parlauf event.
Parlauf is a team event with each team consisting of two runners, preferably of a similar pace. The course is a 1km lap and the team members will alternate. Parlauf is a KZNA sanctioned event and kit and licenses to be worn.

Temporary numbers will be on sale. Even if you do not have a team mate, go through on the night and the club will find you a partner.
The bar will be open and there are shower facilities. Take your own meat for the braai, or buy a hamburger and wors roll.
