Hilarious hypnotist returns to Durbs
Durban born hypnotist Andre returns to Elizabeth Sneddon this month for more side splitting laughter with his hilarious antics.

ANDRE the Hilarious Hypnotist reaturns to his KZN roots for a season at Elizabeth Sneddon in Durban this month until 25 August.
Is it a kangaroo, a dinosaur or could it be Superman? No it’s Andre the Hilarious Hypnotist back with a new group of volunteers from his audience acting in strange weird and wonderful ways.
Andre returns to Durban’s Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre after his sold-out season last year with more of his dry wit, strange humour and a heap of new routines.
Andre has selected some of the best material he could find in order to ensure that his audience is provided with two hours of side-splitting fun, laughter and stress-reducing entertainment.
With no two shows ever being the same, not even Andre knows what to expect.
Andre became a household name in the 1990’s when his show became an instant hit across the country. Since then he has performed in every theatre, city hall, town hall, school hall and places he prefers not to mention filling venue’s to capacity.
Andre’s popularity soon led to his own television special, followed by a television series and now Andre’s very first book (only available at shows). His show has taken him up Africa, across Australia and into countries few would venture – Zimbabwe comes to mind (technically hypnotising someone in Zimbabwe is a crime).
With that, Andre returns to his place of birth – Durban, but Andre has more than just a show up his sleeve. Andre is also going viral. With a vote from members of the audience and the kind permission of his volunteers Andre will be taking his show to the streets, and neighbourhoods of Durban, creating candid camera mayhem broadcast live to millions of viewers across the world.
Andre will be at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre, UKZN, Tuesdays to Saturday at 7.30pm and Sundays at 3pm, from now till 25 August. Andre then moves to the Hexagon Theatre in Pietermaritzburg from 27 to 31 August.
