Glitter Girls return to the 80s
The Glitter Girls will take you back to the year 1989 in their latest show at Rhumbelow Theatre.
RHUMBELOW Theatre, Cunningham Road, Umbilo, presents The Glitter Girls: Reunion of ’89, featuring Lisa Bobbert, Liesl Coppin and Marion Loudon, on Sunday 19 October at 2pm and 6.30pm.
The Berlin Wall, spandex, Dallas, 1989 was a special year. But now these three girls have to go back! Back to neon, back to big hair and back to Skolliesville High.
Skolliesville High is finally having its 20 year reunion and that means the Glitter Girls are going to relive their greatest triumphs and heartbreaks at the reunion of the century. All the hits, all the boys (and a few crazy characters you'll never forget), all from the past… And where they are today.
With songs from Madonna, Rihanna, Pink, Bananarama, even Alison Moyet and Bonnie Tyler, and many more, and performances from the award-winning trio Lisa Bobbert, Liesl Coppin and Marion Loudon, this is a show you don't want to miss.
