Don't miss the magnificent guitar duo, Guy Buttery and Nibs van der Spuy, at St Clements this Friday.
GUITAR maestros, Guy Buttery and Nibs van der Spuy, will perform at St Clements, 191 Musgrave Road, Durban, on Friday, 7 November at 6.30pm.
Due to their rigorous individual touring schedules as solo artists, after nearly a year, Nibs and Guy will be back together as a duo for one show only in the intimate courtyard of St Clements.
Collectively these acoustic legends have performed in more than 20 countries on some of the biggest platforms on the world stage today.
Following an extremely successful string of concerts in South Africa, these internationally renowned musicians toured to many major festivals and venues throughout Europe and the UK accompanied by the release of their collaborative release “In the Shade of the Wild Fig”.
This upcoming performance will showcase their numerous recordings as well as the collected live work they have which is unique to every concert. They capture the spirit of an exciting New South Africa, with its vast melting pot of influences and colour. Not to be missed. CDs will be on sale.
