Chris Brown returns to Durban
Chris Brown will perform songs from his latest album, X, when he stops over in Durban in April.
GRAMMY winning star and multi-platinum-selling artist, Chris Brown, is heading to Durban, to perform at People’s Park, Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, 4 April.
The concert celebrates the release of the star’s sixth studio album entitled X, which sees Chris teaming up with some of today’s hottest artists including Usher, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Tyga. The hit single Loyal featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga has notched up over one million in sales and has claimed the No. 1 spot on Mainstream R&B/Hip charts for nine weeks and eight weeks at the top of the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.
“I want everyone to take a journey with me through ‘X’. We’re going to experience the highs and the lows, the love and the pain,” said Chris.
X is the follow-up to Brown’s 2012 chart-topping album Fortune, which debuted at No. 1 on both the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and earned Brown a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
