Comedy show salutes women

A WOMEN’S Day Heavyweight Comedy Jam featuring some of Durban’s funniest female comics will be on 9 August at iZulu Theatre, Sibaya Casino, at 3pm.

This power-packed show features some of the biggest names in comedy and will salute all the women in our society, mums, wives, sisters, aunties, nieces, cousin sisters, half sisters, step mums, step sisters and even mother-in-laws.

The line-up of acts feature Pushpa’s Samantha Govender, Kandasamy’s Maeshni Naicker, Lollipop Lane’s Shika Budhoo, Bash’s Tash, and introduces Aunty Roshni. Adding a bit of charm will be singer Sumantha Pillay.

Tickets are R120 through Computicket. Suitable for all ages.
