Open your hearts for NPOs this festive season

With the festive season upon us, the Boksburg Advertiser invites local NPOs to submit their Christmas Wish List of five items they are most in need of.

NPOs can email their lists to taylas@caxton.co.za

Remember to include the NPO’s name, registration details, location and contact information.

Here are some of the organisations currently seeking assistance:

Boksburg Child Welfare
Clothing, interactive or educational toys, groceries and books. Contact: 011 917 9544

Boksburg SPCA
Dog food (pellets and tinned food), cat litter, nip and toys, fly baits and traps, office stationery, tea and coffee items and toilet paper. Contact: 067 409 4267

St Francis Care Centre
Food items (sugar, rice, cooking oil, tea/coffee, peanut butter and eggs), nappies, Lactogen and cleaning materials. Contact: 011 894 4151

Kuselo Child and Youth Care Service
Food items, cleaning and baby products. Contact: 073 516 8970

SAVF Huis Dien Bothma
Toiletries, nappies (medium and large) and cooldrink (like Oros). Contact: 011 826 2823

Urban Ruins
Tiles for classroom, stationery, food products, gas bottles for cooking and hygiene products. Contact: 081 747 0833

Solidariteit Helpende Hand Boksburg
Non-perishable foods, toiletries, fresh fruit and vegetables, and something special to spoil the elderly. Contact: 083 990 3624
