Bollywood fun brings relief to poor families
A packed night of Bollywood beats, big hearts and community generosity at Classic India in Boksburg raised funds for underprivileged families in Tembisa and upcoming visits to seniors in Lenasia
On July 19, the Connect to Feed Foundation’s second Bollywood fundraiser, Dance for a Cause, at Classic India in Boksburg attracted a full house and raised essential funding for impoverished families in Thembisa.
The generosity of sponsors, volunteers, performers, and guests, as well as the hospitality of Manish Gupta and the Classic India crew, who opened their doors for the cause, made it possible for the evening to be a vibrant blend of dance, music, and community spirit.
The foundation intends to celebrate Women’s Day by visiting the Old Age Home in Lenasia to cheer up and help senior citizens.
