Fun-filled Grade R athletics day at Van Dyk Park Primary

It was a fun day for learners, parents and educators.

Van Dyk Primary recently hosted a fun-filled Grade R athletics day at its new junior campus.

Not only did the learners participate, but the educators and parents too.

There was lots of action at the athletics day, with teachers and parents also participating.
Van Dyk Primary School learners enjoyed the athletics day.

The Grade R events included a bicycle race, 60m sprint, shot put and long jump and moms and dads did a sprint challenge.

The mommy winner was Itumeleng Makena, a former learner of the school, and the daddy winner was Ogbeide Vallucious.
