Spring Fiesta shares a lifelong legacy of music
The celebrations that came with the Ekurhuleni Spring Fiesta continue, as three lucky, aspiring disc jockeys who attended the Spring Fiesta Legacy workshops walked away with bursaries that promise to advance their careers in the music industry.
The week-long workshops, recently held at the Springs Theatre and Germiston City Hall, focused on mentoring, music production, disc jockeying, entertainment and the female brand.
International music heavy weights such as DJ Rocco and local music professionals Mo Flava, DJ Zintle, DJ Naves and Reason shared their experience, to prepare the future music maestros.
Through insightful interactions at the workshops, bursaries were awarded to Tebogo Mokoena from Springs, Kopano Ramashala from Daveyton and Ayanda Kanana from Kwa-Thema.
