Tech-savvy minds to take Ekurhuleni to new digital heights

The winning teams will walk away with their share of R180 000 in prize money.

Those with a flair for software development and a knack for digital design are advised to not sleep on their keyboards, and register to take part in the Ekurhuleni Hackathon before this Friday (October 20).

The Hackathon takes place from November 3 to 5, at the Alberton City Hall.

It will see 250 innovative minds develop digital prototypes that could be adopted by the City to provide real life solutions to accelerate service delivery using technology.

Teams will pitch their prototypes on the last day of the Hackathon and the winning teams will walk away with their share of R180 000 in prize money.
