Rosetulee has officially expanded its footprint in the community with the launch of Tulee Padel, Brakpan’s much anticipated padel venue.
The grand opening took place on Friday, drawing an enthusiastic crowd and setting the tone for a vibrant weekend of sport and community spirit.
The launch was a festive celebration, attended by family members, friends, staff and local supporters who gathered to witness the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The occasion started with a prayer, blessing the new courts. Following the opening ceremony, the first padel matches were played, officially inaugurating the state-of-the-art courts.
Weekend time slots were nearly fully booked within hours of opening.
Adding a meaningful touch to the festivities, Tulee Padel hosted a “Padel for Paws” charity event on Sunday, in support of the Brakpan SPCA. Families and players of all ages turned out in large numbers to enjoy the sport while contributing to a good cause.
