Refuse collector has some nerve

On Sunday, May 1, I took my refuse bin out and was accosted and sworn at by the refuse collector for not being able to give him money or a cold drink.

Why do I have to pay for refuse removal and then still pay the loathsome sponge extra money? Not to mention that he flung my refuse bin, which I paid for, so hard that it came crashing against the pavement.

Can you imagine me doing my job and then having the audacity to ask my customers to give me money, even though I earn a salary?
