Drifters will infiltrate The Rock Raceway for the third round of the Japan Auto Drift series for 2014, on August 2.
Now in its fifth year, the Japan Auto Drift series has attracted a large contingency of rookie drifters, a positive sign that the sport is rapidly developing.
The series includes a Silver Cup, which gives novice drifters a second opportunity to showcase their talent and potential.
It also ensures that, even if they lose out on a spot in the Top 16 of the main competition, they will still have a chance to prove themselves.
With the last Rockmania event still fresh in the minds of petrol-heads great excitement has already started building.
As always, there are valuable points up for grabs and this means that the drifters, particularly those in the top three places, are going to have to bring out their A-game at The Rock.
