Westfields Primary learner honoured as Top Grade 6 Achiever for 2025

William de la Harpe rewarded with full school fees, voucher and trophy for outstanding academic performance

A learner from Westfields Primary School was recently rewarded for his hard work.

William de la Harpe had always believed that hard work would one day pay off, but even he could not have imagined just how rewarding that moment would be.

In 2025, William exceeded all expectations and earned the title of Top Achiever in Grade six. His dedication, long hours of study, and determination to succeed distinguished him from his peers.

Teachers admired his commitment, and his classmates looked up to him as an example of what perseverance could achieve.

His outstanding performance did not go unnoticed. In recognition of his achievement, Gateway Mall proudly celebrated William’s success with an exceptional set of rewards. His school fees for 2026 were paid in full, and he received a R1 000 voucher, a beautiful trophy to commemorate his hard work, and a certificate honouring his remarkable accomplishment.

For William, these rewards were more than just prizes as they symbolised what is possible when passion meets discipline. Standing proudly with his trophy in hand, he recognised that this achievement marked only the beginning of an even brighter journey ahead.

His story now serves as an inspiration to others: with focus, effort, and belief in oneself, great achievements are always within reach.
