GALLERY: Car enthusiasts bring locals together

Car enthusiasts hosted a fun-filled family event in of local businesses and Southside Sterilisation Assistance project on November 13.

Community members came together to enjoy a fun-filled family day aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs at Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Newmarket on November 13.

The event brought car fanatics together and was also targeted at making a difference to Southside Sterilisation Assistance project, with some proceeds from the event donated to them.

Local businesses which sold food, accessories and car items had their different stalls put up during the event.
The event was made possible by companies Future Audio, Bumper Boys and Spec-Paints.

Organiser Jason Walker of Future Audio, said: “This was a self-funded event which was aimed at growing the community and its small businesses. We had a sound competition, a show and shine as well lots of prize giveaways for our winners.”
