Da L.E.S is a daddy
South African hip hop artist Da L.E.S , real name Leslie Mampe, welcomed his first born child on Sunday.

The mother of his child Aurea Alexander tweeted in the early hours of yesterday that she was feeling ‘crazy pain’.
“In f***ing crazy pain and my mothers busy taking a vid … Smdh” Alexander shared on the social networking site.
The proud new mother later tweeted:
A month ago it was reported that the rapper was apparently unhappy about his upcoming status as father for fear it would impact negatively on his career.
However, fellow hip hop star AKA posted an instagram of him and a proud Mampe wearing a hospital gown (pictured above), with a caption, “Today God blessed my brother with a beautiful baby girl …. I’ll do whatever I can to protect, guide and watch over her … Congratulations!”
Since the announcement, both da L.E.S and Alexander have been flooded with congratulatory tweets.
Publicist Melanie Ramjee took to twitter to congratulate the new parents, “Congrats on the birth of ur beautiful lil girl guys @2freshLES & @REArockinjays. So proud of u guys. Good luck for the next 3 months.”
