Zola’s comeback on Utatakho impresses

Utatakho, the new show that aims to help South Africans find their absent fathers, got South Africans talking last night.


People were commenting on the effectiveness of the show, saying they hope it will clear absent fathers’ names. Some said they hope it will shed some light on how mothers also play a role in relationships between fathers and their children. Twitter was also impressed with how Zola presented the show, saying even though he has been off our TV screens for a long time, he still has it in him to deliver excellently.

The general feeling is that the show met the audience’s expectations, however, people also hope there will be more drama in the upcoming episodes. How an absent father story can get more dramatic, we do not know, guess we will have to watch the show to find out.
