The CPF would like to warn the public to be alert, be safe, be aware and on the lookout as the festive season approaches.
Residents of Primrose are asked to be on the lookout for a Silver Toyota Yaris, with no back number plates and a missing left side wheel cap.
This vehicle is believed to have been involved in an attempted housebreaking in Marlands recently.
Another suspicious vehicle has been spotted in the Sunnyridge area, recently: a white Toyota Corolla, with registration RCJ 906 GP, with two men in it.
There have been reports that the water meter thieves are active in the Gerdview area again, so residents are asked to be on the lookout for any suspicious activities.
The thieves often operate in the early hours of the morning.
The CPF reminds the community to not leave vehicles parked outside on the pavement or to leave valuables in plain sight as this encourages would-be criminals.
The CPF again asks for the community to be extra careful and aware as the festive season approaches, as there is always a rise in crime at this time of year.
