The Germiston Police remind the community to be vigilant when taking care of their personal belongings and themselves during the festive season.
Community members who plan to travel during the festive season must ensure that their properties are well secured and that their neighbours, that will be there, have a way to contact them if anything should go wrong.
The community is again urged to make proper arrangements for their animals while they are away.
If you are a member of your local Community Police Forum please let them know that you will be away so that more patrols can be implemented around the suburb.
