Natalie du Toit to talk at local CPF meeting
Lambton Klip CPF hosts Natalie du Toit.
The Lambton Klip Community Policing Forum (Germiston Sector Four) will hold their monthly meeting on March 13 (Thursday).
The meeting will take place at 7pm, at Afrikaanse Hoërskool Germiston, on the corner of Webber and Sinclair roads, in Lambton.
Paralympic gold medallist and well-known South African swimmer Natalie du Toit will be the special guest speaker on the evening.
She will talk about drug use in sport and discourage the practice thereof.
The Lambton Klip CPF encourages the community in the area to join the CPF and support the organisation’s crime combating efforts, as well as helping to create general awareness.
Renee Germeshuisen, from the Lambton Klip CPF, said: “We are encouraging all parents to bring their children to the meeting, to meet this legendary South African sports icon and businesswoman.”
Sector Four includes Hazeldene, Hazelpark, Lambton, Denlee, Webber, Klippoortjie and Parkhill Gardens.
Meetings are held every second Thursday of the month.
