Avril Elizabeth Home receives welcome donation
Tiger Brands donated R645 000 to the Avril Elizabeth Home to help them care for their residents.
The Avril Elizabeth Home was a hub of activity on Wednesday, when Tiger Brands Baby Care Visited the facility.
The company spent some time with the residents and handed over a cheque for R645 000.
This is the 23rd year that Tiger Brands has donated to the home, with funds being used to care for the residents.
Avril Elizabeth CEO Ronel de Freitas-Smit thanked the company for their continued support.
After the official handover the home’s residents, staff and visitors enjoyed a morning of singing, dancing and yummy snacks.
