Truck loses load of potatoes on N3 highway in Germiston, causes collisions

Netcare 911 responds to collisions on highway.

Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 Eastern bypass in Germiston in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a truck carrying potatoes lost control crashing into the barrier.

Two other collisions occurred as a result of the potatoes all over the highway.

No injuries were reported in any of the collisions.
