In his book, he discusses the 10 elements aimed at empowering entrepreneurs to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and running a business. Those elements are self-awareness, having a vision, plan and be organised, sales or selling, money matters, delighting customers, personal development, striving for compliance, getting a mentor and growing your business.
“I included in the book practical activities, helpful articles and tools, such as basic financial management, to inspire you to start or become better than you are now. The core is to help you run a compliant business. What I like most is that you don’t have to apply these elements in chronological order, you can start with the one that is important to you and your business,” said Mavuso.
