School of Affirmation celebrates spring with vibrant learner pageant
The School of Affirmation hosted a lively spring pageant on September 5, giving learners a chance to showcase their talents, creativity, and confidence while marking the new season.
School of Affirmation hosted a pageant on September 5 to welcome the new season.
The event, filled with music, dance, and vibrant outfits, gave children a platform to showcase their talents and creativity while celebrating the beauty of spring.
Principal Juanita Horn said the pageant was about more than just fun.

“Spring is a season of new beginnings, and we wanted to remind our learners that growth and change are always possible. The pageant encourages self-expression, builds confidence, and strengthens our school community,” explain Horn.
She said it was wonderful to see the learners shine outside the classroom and emphasised the importance of schools creating platforms for learners beyond the classroom.

“It’s about giving them memories and experiences they will carry forever,” she shared.
The school hopes to make the spring pageant an annual tradition, growing it into a signature event that brings the community together every September.
