Mine and many other motorists’ concern is what would happen in the event of me or one of my friends hitting one of these animals? Who will I have to claim from for damages to my car in the event of such an accident?
What are the by-laws regarding keeping domestic animals such as goats and sheep in a residential area? Why is the Metro not acting against the owners of these animals?
This is definitely a huge tragedy just waiting to happen, but I’d rather we dealt with it before it happens than after it has happened because the results would just be too ghastly to deal with.
