Community bids Pencil farewell

The Wesselton community has bid farewell to one of their stalwarts, committed to the community’s needs and an activist for the rights of people living with disabilities.
Doctor “Pencil” Nkambule was described by many as the people’s person who put other people’s needs ahead of his own. He was passionate about arts and culture and his devotion to the Wesselton Cultural Group was evidence of this.
Colleagues and political leaders described his death as a true loss.
He was an employee of Msukaligwa Municipality at the information desk at the Ermelo Civic Centre.
Pencil is survived by his mother, son and three sisters.
